GENERAL TERMS ON decoration services
Helium Balloon cannisters may at time be brought onto preises and it is the cutomers responsibilty to ensure that the property they are hiring is aware of the helium cannisters.
Once order placed and paid, the order for the printed balloons can be cancelled within a time scale of 24 hours, but only 50% of the money received will be refunded.
Helium LATEX balloons WILL DEFALTE AFTER 8 HOURS OR LESS, and we cannot be held responsible for this to occur,as temperature of room palys a major part, OR if you buy the helium balloons for the next day.
FOIL BALLOONS WILL LAST FOR OVER 2 DAYS
WE CAN INSERT GEL TO MAKE THE BALLOONS LAST LONGER SO PLEASE ASK
Once payment taken balloon delivery ordrers can be cancelled providing we are given 48 hours notice but only 50% will be refunded, however the date can be changed.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to obtain all permits, licences and other consents in connection with the Works.
This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law
|Making A Purchase When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.|
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
